Every order is packed by hand, gift-boxed and sent from the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched within one working day, and orders placed before 3pm on a working day often leave the same day.

Countries we deliver to
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, Japan and Singapore. We are not able to deliver to the European Union at the moment.
Customs and import charges
Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duty, taxes or handling fees by the destination country. These are set by local customs, are not included in our prices or delivery charges, and are paid by the recipient.
Tracking and delays
All orders are sent tracked and you will receive the tracking details by email once your order leaves us. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, contact us at the email address on our Contact page and we will chase it for you.
