Terms & Conditions
1. Who we are
White Blossoming is a trading name of Roskosh Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13889523), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. You can contact us at the email address on our Contact page.
2. These terms
These terms apply to every order placed on this website by consumers. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
3. Ordering and contract
When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. This is not yet acceptance. The contract between you and us is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error; if so we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
4. Products
We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on screens, and handmade and hand-finished pieces can vary a little from the photos. Measurements are approximate.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. If you pay in another currency, your card provider sets the exchange rate and any fees.
6. Delivery
Delivery options, prices and times are set out on our Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Orders outside the UK may be subject to import charges payable by the recipient.
7. Cancellations and returns
You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
8. Faulty goods
We must provide goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they are not, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a refund within 30 days of delivery.
9. Discount codes
Discount codes can be used once per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. The first-order 10% code applies to your first order only.
10. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.
11. Your information
We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will do our best to put it right.
